Workshop Theatre is one of Calgary’s longest running and most respected community theatre organizations. Workshop Theatre produces some of the best community theatre in Calgary with past and present hits from Canadian stages, using both equity and non-equity performers and backstage crews from the Calgary area.
Workshop opens its doors to anyone looking for a place to call home and express their inner artist. We welcome you to join us in whatever creative capacity you wish to contribute to us.
Theatre is meant to bring us together. For a brief few moment in time, when we gather inside a theatre together and watch moments unfold in front of us, we experience a sacred bond in that, for the time we are together. We belong to the same story.
